  • Our affiliated companies (under common ownership with us).
  • Third party partners to provide you with services that you request (with the proviso that we are not responsible for our such partners’ privacy practices). For example, if you request a referral for accounting services, we may provide your contact information to one or more accounting firms to contact you and offer to provide such accounting services.Service providers that provide services on our behalf, such as hosting vendors, meeting scheduling services, payment processors, and analytics or advertising service providers (specifically including Google Analytics, whose privacy & data policies are located here and here).
  • Social media platforms when you interact with social media plug-ins on our website or with our content on such social media platforms. The specific social media platform’s privacy policy applies to their use of your information.
  • Another business that purchases all or a portion of our business or assets by way of a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or a bankruptcy proceeding (or due diligence that relates to such a transaction).

Your Privacy Choices

• E-mail communications: If you receive a marketing e-mail from us, you may opt out by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of such email. You will continue to receive transaction-related, non-promotional emails related to the Services.
• “Do Not Track” Signals: Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. Please note that we currently do not respond to or honor DNT signals or similar mechanisms transmitted by web browsers, as there is no consistent industry standard for compliance.

Security

We make commercially reasonable efforts to protect your information by using physical and electronic safeguards designed to improve the security of the information we maintain. However, as our Services are hosted electronically, we can make no guarantees as to the security or privacy of your information.

Children’s Personal Information

The Services are not marketed directly to children under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent. If we learn that a child under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we will delete it in accordance with applicable law.
