Financial Education Workshops

We provide financial education workshops to educate your workforce or clients. These are instructor-led workshops on financial topics catered to your audience. Workshops are categorized into four groups: Spend, Save, Borrow, and Plan. These seminars can be done onsite, virtually, or hybrid, depending on your need and technological availability. Most workshops are 45-60 minutes with healthy discussion throughout and time for questions. Look through our catalogue of available workshops below. Don’t see a topic you need? Custom workshops are available with enough notice for development.

Comprehensive Program (Workshops + Coaching)

Utilizing a combination of financial health metrics and measurement, behavioral economics principles, financial education, and financial coaching, we partner with your team to develop and implement a comprehensive financial wellbeing program for your workforce or clients.

Traditionally, we provide quarterly group workshops in one of four categories – Spend, Save, Borrow, and Plan. Topics for workshops can include budgeting, saving for emergencies, debt management, credit scores, and more. Workshops can be done in person, hybrid, or virtually – depending on your needs and technology.

Between educational sessions, employees can take advantage of access to a financial coach. Sessions can be booked either on their own or scheduled on dedicated coaching days onsite or virtually. Coaching is a way to help employees put into practice what they are learning in the workshops, having direct impacts on their lives. Financial Health Consulting

Sometimes traditional financial wellbeing programming is not enough for some organizations. Organizations who want to be more innovative or go above and beyond to serve their employees and clients can explore developing a financial health strategy. Financial Health Consulting allows our team to work collaboratively with yours to find a financial health baseline and develop strategic policies, programs, benefit offerings, and KPIs to have a measurable impact on the financial health of your organization.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do your services cost?

Due to the way we customize our work for each organization, the total price will vary based on the depth and scope of a project. Our workshops are a flat fee per occurrence, and financial coaching starts at $100 per hour if you wanted to offer certain services a la carte.

Are packages available?

Yes, our clients can combine services into package deals for short- or long-term agreements.

What are some examples of projects?

Some examples of projects would be reviewing benefits and looking for gaps in financial health services; policies around 401k enrollment, PTO, pay equity, pay transparency, and so on; helping you find a vendor for certain additional benefits.

What do timelines look like for implementation or rollout?

Timelines can vary depending on the project or program and the time of the year. Typically, we can roll new programs out within four to six weeks.

What reporting or data do you provide?

For programs, we aggregate and anonymize the data. We do this to help employees feel comfortable. For example, you may receive information about how many employees participated and what topics were covered, but you will not receive names or further details. Other reporting depends on willingness to share data for measurement of the program.

How do you handle payment?

Typically, 50% of the full amount is required up front. The remaining 50% can be spread throughout the term of the agreement or prior to fulfillment. I do not accept credit cards, so ACH or check are accepted.
